Terms and Conditions
The overriding goal of The Bach Company and its employees is to offer our customers superior support and satisfaction. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return your purchase within 90 days. All materials must be in saleable condition to be accepted for full refund, credit or replacement. Product must be returned complete as sold.
Payment Terms For orders purchased by credit card:
All orders purchased by credit card will be billed and funds captured when the products have shipped. For orders purchased by PO: Our payment terms are Net 30 days to educational institutions with Purchase Orders. Please fax, mail or e-mail your Purchase Orders in order to process your order. Bid Pricing Contact us for volume pricing on all models, as well as bid pricing for school district bids. Submit your request on our home page.
Order Processing Orders placed by 3 p.m. PST will ship the same day.
Shipping and Handling 5% of order, $9.00 minimum, $ 70.00 maximum. Orders over $ 2,000.00 are shipped without shipping charge.
Defective Returns If you need to return product, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via e-mail on our Contact Us page. Returns must include original packaging, accessories and manuals.
